A GREAT...no...AWESOME car buying experience...
If there was a 6 STAR RATING I would of gave that. Buying a car can be a boring and looooong drawn out process, but Jim McConville made it a pleasant one. He was nice, upbeat, extremely personal to where it was as if I was going through a good friend and not even a dealership to purchase my new car. He was very informative and got us what we needed and explained everything in great detail. And when I wasn't dealing with Jim, Steve Stein in financing made the paper signing process (which can be a process in its self) an enjoyable one. There is a reason I have been a Kia customer since 2010 and will continue to be one. AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!

Elizabeth and Don were willing to jump through hoops for us!
We are first time Kia and Halleen customers. This is car #21 for us. We walked in on the way to another nearby brand, spotting the Stinger on display, and Elizabeth immediately greeted us. Elizabeth's warmth, openness and unending patience and product knowledge was a gift. Very unexpectedly, when Kia was not part of our original car-shopping consideration list, we now have an Optima EX in our garage! Don graciously sealed the deal. Jay, Don and Liz spoke so highly of the Halleen family operation...and the fresh flowers on the table were a snowy day perk for a gardener like me.

Helpful, honest and kind
I worked with Molly Baron who was beyond helpful and she did everything she could to help me get the car that was best for me. She had first helped me months prior but we were unable to find something that worked, she stayed in contact and was willing to help when the time was right. We got everything finalized quickly and efficiently and she was patient with all of my questions as a first time buyer.
