New car purchase

Everyone at Haleen Kia are wonderful. I had the pleasure of working with Brian the salesman who was patient and kind with me. Matt Rogalski is awesome there to! And my finance gentleman Mr. Vircario ( spelling?) awesome to! I'm not a rich woman but they made me feel as I was very important to there business. Thank you so much.

Jim M. was awesome!!

Jim and Hallen Kia were amazing at making this as smooth as possible. Jim was very friendly, knowledgeable and great at finding me the right car. He also stayed later to make sure we were 100% happy with our new car. Thanks Jim!!

Very helpful and understanding of my needs

We were unable to work out a deal during my first visit but natalyya called me and said she was able to figure out a way to get me the vehicle that I wanted

Awesome experience!

Sales person was awesome in working a deal for me. He was very helpful with with questions. With the greeting at the door and knowledge of the vehicle I give them a 5 star!

Great employees but loyalty means nothing to Kia

We have now bought 2 cars from Jim McConville and I highly recommend him to anyone going to Kia for their car! He’s a great salesman and really cares about his customers. Our first car we bought almost 6 years ago and he still reached out to ask us about that car, which led us to buy our second one with Jim! With that said, Kia, doesn’t care about customer loyalty at all. We came back as returning customers and we felt we really got slighted in a lot of ways from the dealership. We took a car in for trade in and got $1000s of dollars below Kelly Blue Book. Very disappointing and as much as we loved our customer service aspect of everything we don’t know how “loyal” we will stay to Kia now that we know that don’t really care about their returning customers.

Jon is always wonderful!

Jon aims to please. Better prices then anyone else. He has good personality not grumppy like most. Halleen is the place to lease or buy a car.
