We were not there very long and Matt made it such an easy decision and a fast process. We absolutely love our new Mazda CX-5! We will definitely be back to do business with Matt in the future.

I enjoyed my experience at Montrose Volvo because the staff was so easy-going, friendly and they didn't make me feel pressured to buy. Oftentimes, when entering a car dealership I experience one of two things: I'm ignored and feel like I'm not worth the sales-persons time or I'm pressured to make a deal "NOW NOW NOW". This experience wasn't anything like that. I was greeted when I entered. Given time to think about what I wanted to do. I didn't feel pressure to decided to purchase that day (I actually was only going in to look) But I saw a car I liked and the price was right so I bought it. Everything was explained clearly to me and I feel comfortable that I was treated fairly and with respect. I also feel confident that if any problems arose, they would be resolved in the same easy-going manner. If feels like a good team at Montrose Volvo. It must be good leadership at the top. It all comes down from there.
