Great experience at Montrose

Bought my first new car from Montrose after being referred by my girlfriend. I did some searching around and Montrose had the lowest price in the area for the vehicle I was looking for (Mazda3). Kyle Y, the sales associate I dealt with was very helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

Great Experience

Love the car, which is an used 2013 volvo xc60 and my salesman Germeet has been really helpful and patient with my questions. I love the car and overall it was a great experience.

2004 Audi S4

Jeff James was so helpful, he made the buying process so easy. The car was super clean, few cosmetic issues. But nothing that can't be fixed for a few bucks. Thank you Jeff James

A Dream Comes True!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a Lexus Is 250, the car I fell in love with while sailing Abroad the USS Mt. Bakers (Navy ). Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Kyle Yarin who explained all the terms in an easy to understand and professional manner. . He made the process easy and pain free. There was no pressure, just complete professional guidance. Kyle asked what type of car we were looking for and he said I'm going to get your car and he did. The Lexus. We test drove it and fell in love with it. Thanks to Kyle and the others for making it possible to drive away in my new Lexus. We need more salesman like Kyle because he shows loyalty to his customers and that he's willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Thanks Kyle, you're the man!!! Worst car salesman team ever. Modern day con artist!!!!!

I bought a car Nov 8 2015 from montrose Mazda on brook park road. Kyle yarian was salesman. Only thing good is the car! These guys ripped me off on trade and tried to convince me I heard other wise. They continue to talk in circle as if it's their first day! I tried to communicate my displeasure to Phil sales manager and found him to be less qualified to handle my situation. I'm not sure how he is a manager of a establish car dealership. I wouldn't let this team manage a fishing trip with a group of friends. If you are buying a car, and want a fair deal than go else where. Truly the biggest mistake I made last year was buying a car from this dealership. Never again!!!!!!!!

Great Service

Don did a great job! I bought this car out of state and picked it up over Christmas when visiting my relatives. Process was easy and pain free. I will look at more Mazdas and this salesman when hunting for my next vehicle.

The great sales women Morgan

My experience here at this dealership was okay. My sales rep was wonderful tho, Morgan she was very personable and was ready to help whenever she had the chance. The only reason we went back to this dealership was because of how well Morgan was, shes a wonderful sales lady. Other than a few others we really weren't greeted by them. Thumbs up to Morgan!!!!!!!!!

Buyer Beware

To keep it simple they advertised a New GMC but it wasn't until much later in the purchasing process did I discover that the vehicle was a Demo. You decide.

Thanks Montrose Mazda of Cleveland!!!!!!

Don Blake always comes through for us (we've been back 3 times)! Quick, easy & informative. From start to finish - Don makes the buying process so easy - especially when I'm alone with 3 kids all under the age of 8!!!! Matt Radeff explained all the terms in an easy to understand and efficient manner and was GREAT with my kids! We also had cause to speak with a lovely young woman in Service today - I didn't catch her name but she had dark brown hair. Super kind - even offered to grab some lunch for my kids. Can't believe how wonderful the Montrose team is! We'll be back again and again!

Bought a car with multiple problems.

Stay away from these guys! Bought a car with multiple issues and tried getting dealership to help with the repairs. All I got was an email saying sorry you bought the car as is. The car had a cracked transmission, the rear engine mount was blown out, and all bolts were missing out of it. Multiple exhaust hangers were missing and the exhaust would hit the ground when going over a bump. Easier to stay away and buy a car somewhere else!
