Great service
The process of buying a car here was fast and easy. They found the car I wanted and got it here in 24 hours. Everyone was friendly and at least 5 employees offered me coffee while I waited. I will always buy my cats from Ingersoll Auto of Danbury.

Welcoming enviornment, clean friendly and comforta
It was pleasant as always. However just a small misstep with the oil change, the cap wasn't replace tight enough. However the car told me so... LOL...went right back to the dealership and they took me right in and figured it out very quickly. Overall it was not a big deal and your staff are the best I have ever dealt with when it comes to car maintenance.

Great service overall
Picked up my truck 2 days ago after work was done...problem issues appear to be resolved so far and that tech team did the quality work that Ingersoll is noted for. Ingersoll team was very efficient, informative and responsive (including courtesy service of getting me to and from work that day). My compliments to all.

Great customer service
Great! The service manager was prompt and took care of the problem right away the same day. He sent a driver to my house with a loaner within a few hours and the driver was very nice. I had my car back the next day all fixed and have no issues with it. I am very pleased. This is the best dealership I have worked with. I would recommend to anyone.

fast diagnosis and service
don was extremely professional and they diagnosed the problem very quickly and completed the job on time as promised even with it being a complicated problem (a timing chain replacement in a 2006 cobalt) Would never go anywhere else!

Great Service.
Just went in for standard service, oil change, filter change, rotate tires. A little confused on the new service department entry way. Had to drive around the building to find the entrance.
