Excellent customer service

Service dept was both very polite and customer oriented. They listened and recorded my descrition of the problem accurately.Solved the problem and gave a comprehensive explanation on the results.

Extremely Nice People, Great Dealership Experience

I was concerned about the mileage on my 2012 Enclave and wanted to see if I could get into a newer vehicle. Lisa Provenzano was extremely helpful, she got me into a brand new car and made sure it was within my budget. This is the 2nd time I worked with Lisa and when I'm ready for another car I won't hesitate to call her or Ingersoll again.

Great service

Patrick rustici was excellent to work with. He made my wife and me feel comfortable, answered our questions, and made buying the car babe pleasant experience. The best car salesman I've ever encountered.

Great sales team

The process was very easy even with adding 2 fairly big dealer installed items. We were kept informed of what was going on the whole time. Awesome staff!!

Great buying experience

This is the 2nd vehicle i have purchase at Ingersoll. While i live in yorktown and have gm dealers closer. I like the dealership and continue to tell friends and family how professional and relaxed atomsphere with a no pressure attitude. They work with you to purchase the vehicle you want not the other way around.

Great Service, great Tech

I came to Ingersoll with what sounded like an intermittent "Engine Knock", I did have the "Knock" happen when I was in for a service, and had it witnessed by Larry. Larry immediately (after asking me if it were ok) took my truck in and put it on a lift to try and track the "Knock", which he determined was not from the Engine, and may possibly be a Flywheel issue. As I mentioned, this "Knock", although sometimes loud, is intermittent, and when I brought it back to have the Flywheel inspected, the "Knock" was not evident, and after examination of the Flywheel, determined it was not the cause. The truck was put back together, and went thru a series of scenarios to try and replicate the "knock". When I came to pick up the truck, Kevin informed me that the Tech could not find the problem. I was then introduced to the Tech, Brian, and had a lengthy discussion on the work performed, and the testing done to try and replicate the "knock". I feel extremely comfortable in the handling of this issue, and have full confidence in Brians expertise, and explanation of possibilities. Brian asked that I try to note the conditions when the "knock" appears, and if becomes more consistent. As I stated, it is intermittent, therefore making it impossible to diagnose when all sounds as it should. As always, the Ingersoll crew has impressed me, and now I have had the opportunity to meet, yet another member of the family (Brian). ~Rick Ferreira

I was extremely impressed by the professional knowledge...

I was extremely impressed by the professional knowledge and outstanding service I received from Aaron Whitlock, Sales Consultant. I been searching for a SRX for several weeks with certain options. During my casual visit Aaron provided super customer service and technical and financial direction . I recently leased a car from Ingersol Auto and it was such a great experience that I would recommend them to anyone! I had gone to multiple dealerships before I decided on what I wanted and after talking to them it was clear that they were the dealership that I wanted to deal with. They made everything very easy and I was able to drive the car off the lot that day. I have been back since then for servicing and even that was a great experience. It was snowing the day of my service appointment and as soon as I pulled up there was someone waiting to pull my car in. I went inside and they told me it would be about an hour but I was in and out within 45 -50 minutes. Their staff is courteous and friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
