Above and Beyond Service, even for an oil change!

Had my routine oil change and rotating of the tires done. I had added to my appointment that one of my daytime running light bulbs were out and being as busy as they were (it was the day after Christmas), they did not put off adding that to the list. This service department couldn't be more professional and nice :) Excellent Excellent Service!!!!

AAs always Ingersoll is very much concern about to keep my vehicle Sierra pickup truck hundred percent, all the workers at the service apartment are very pleasing to work with and the confidence and being very reliable making you feel that they not only treat your vehicle as they own, and treat you like Club family. Geat service, freindly & courteous staff

Nick made the sales experience a very pleasurable one. I got the truck I wanted but it did not come with the tow package that I needed. I hope that Ingersoll will work with me to get this put on ASAP.

Everything was wonderful.

Had no problem. Everyone was very helpful and extremely patient. I didn't have an appointment, but a light came on my dash board and had to go in to get that fixed. While there because I was right near my appointment time had my oil changed and the entire car checked out. It was important to me because I was going way on New Year's and told. them that if they couldn't change my oil, etc., I would make an appointment when I returned, but I wanted th light checked on my dash board, they were wonderful, they took care of everything

Excellent service

I had a tire blowout on I84. The service dep't responded by treating it as an emergency and took care of my car right away. The issue was cleared the next when the tire came in. I always am satisfied with the service provided by the service team.

Great friendly service. Clean facility

As usual,everyone was very friendly,informative,and polite. I waited while the work was being done. Again,as usual I did not have a long wait and Everything was explained to me in terms I would understand. If I had any questions that theerson I was dealing with could not answer,they went out of their way to find someone that could give me the answer I was looking for. The environment is always clean. Even while under construction. I travel from NY to this dealership instead of going to one that is closer because of the way I am treated and the friendly environment.
