The Only Dealership That Treats You Right!
Herb Hoover was terrific in addressing everything. Everything got fixed, but they installed a seatbelt fastener backwards. Herb imediately adressed the situation and got me an appointment to get it straightened out. Also Aaron Whitlock and Shep Labree went out of their way to get a second key and FOB made while I waited. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work!

Great Service
My experience in searching for the perfect automobile in almost ten years began and ended at Ingersoll. With the gracious assistance of my sales consultant Morgan Pettinato, the process from walking into the showroom with my old car to leaving the dealership in my 2014 Chevy Traverse was flawless. Morgan worked with me on finding the perfect-fit car by listening to my wants and needs and I following his direction as a sales professional. Also the other folks at the Ingersoll showroom were very friendly and offered their assistance as well including the finance manager Jerry, who was extremely friendly. Overall, Morgan made the chore (I perceived going in) of shopping for a car fearless and actually fun. I love my new Traverse very much! Showed integrity and corrected their past mistakes
Aside from the screw up with the loaner/test drive vehicle, I was very happy with this service. 10 months had passed since this vehicle was here last and I thought I was going to have to live with the defective gas gauge I inadvertently picked up on the last cluster gauge swap because so much time had passed. This time the repair was successful on the first attempt instead of three and a 10 month old problem left over from the last visit was corrected as well. I was very happy and appreciative of that. I need some repairs on our GMC envoy next. You have a dark grey GMC Sierra double cab on the lot with heated seats, sliding rear window, and a 3.42 rear axle ratio. Should we try the loaner test drive scenario again? (Or should we quit while your ahead?)LOL

Professional, friendly and willing to work with us
We purchased our second Buick Encore in two weeks! My husband test drove the Encore and loved it. It's very comfortable, high tech and is zippy! I can manuever around so easily and the engine has more than enough power. I have back problems, the car is very comfortable. Highly recommend doing business with Ingersoll. Efficient and Great Service
It was a very simple, straight forward and a very efficient event for servicing my GMC Sierra. I was greeted by the valet that took my truck right in. I walked into the garage and was immediately helped by one of the Service People to check me in for my routine service on my truck. I did make mention to him the last time two times I was there when they rotated and set pressures on my tires they always dropped the tire pressure to 30PSI which is way too low for truck tires and I would always have to go and pump them up more once I got home. He wrote on the work order to make sure the tires were at least 35PSI and not 30PSI. That was taken care of properly when I picked up my truck after servicing. I waited for the vehicle and it the nice work tables in the waiting are allowed me to work on some of the things I needed to for work while I waited for my truck to be serviced. So having access to the Internet allowed me to work just as if I was at home and did not have to waste time while waiting for my truck. Thank you for that.
