Searching Slightly Used
Definitely a no hassle easy-buying process dealer -- much better than those jokers in Hartford. Matt was friendly and filled-in for the person we were working with online. We quickly became a priority for him. My wife and I took the car for a ride by ourselves and the deal was done within 15 minutes upon our return. I visited a lot of dealers beforehand that would not negotiate. I recommend Ingersoll -- lots of cars to choose from and they must move a lot of them quickly.

Efficient and Excellent customer service
I have been extremely satisfied with my recent visit. You folks go beyond the call of duty as evidenced by our recemt visit last friday when my vehicle would not start upon shutting it off. Don Basil called me frequently to update on the progress of my car and the car was all complete by the end of the day. Excellent customer service!!!

Great service, GM cars and Recalls
Service at Ingersoll is always topnotch and done correctly the first time. I usually have my vehicle back in a shorter timeframe than initially told which is always a good thing. After not owning a GM vehicle since 1992, it seemed that the quality was once again there so I bought a Cruze. Now, after the third recall and the failure of GM to notify me of software upgrades until I report an issue I believe I was having during a routine oil change service, I'm regretting that I bought GM again. I believe GM should have notified me of any software upgrades to correct any issues just like a recall issue. Unfortunately that doesn't happen. I don't blame the local dealership for this at all. But it does make me remember why I hadn't owned a GM vehicle since 1992 and will be a factor in my decision for my next vehicle.....

Warning light came on so brought the car in for a check .... Kevin was terrific from the start .... when a part was needed, he got me a loaner as soon as possible ... kept on top of the problem(s), kept me informed all along .... followed through ... went all the way plus more .... EXCELLENT

I was extremely impressed by professional knowledge and outstanding service I have gotten from Mike Lariccia, Sales Consultant. I did not intend to buy a new car during my casual visit but Mike gave me a super advanced observation of technical and financial preferences if I shall buy a new car. So, I left dealership with the new beautiful car - Lincoln MKS. I strongly suggest to everyone to visit this dealership because my shopping experience exceeded any my expectation: world first class service and cars. A stellar experience!
This is the first new car I've bought in @ 20 years and I found all staff I encountered, starting with Todd Ingersoll himself, to be gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and accommodating. They eased my trepidation and assisted me in every way possible to make the right choice for my situation without any sales pressure. Torrey, my salesman, gave me all the information I requested; was patient with my independent researching lasting many days; answered my many questions as I drilled down for number details; returned my calls/emails in a timely manner; clarified the distinctions between leasing and purchasing; honored all commitments originally offered; and gave us the most thorough orientation to the new car I have ever received! Then we moved on to Pete, the finance man, and once again received excellent service. He answered my questions and clarified the leasing details for my 18-year-old daughter so that she could learn some practical financial lessons. Finally, the service department scheduled our first maintenance appointment before we even left. All in all, I rate Ingersoll Auto as a stellar dealership!!

Great Service! Morgan was patiente and helpful during the purchase process. I did not feel presured to buy the car on my first visit, he understood that I couldn't make a decision on my first visit to the dealer. Overall, a good buying experience.
