RUNNN!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a car dealership. We agreed on numbers, and right before going into the finance office they backed out of the deal. We were $1200 apart from where they said they would be, we offered to split the difference with them even though it was their fault, and they refused. I have sent multiple friends here to buy vehicles, as my last experience was great, but that will not be happening anymore, and I will not support this dealership anymore. What an absolute waste of a day.

Good job!

Dan Johnson was my salesperson and he did a great job , as did the rest of the staff. Wasn't willing to budge on price tho. Overall it was a positive experience.

RESCHEDULE! Not a happy camper

Wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone...not at the PRESENT moment. I called ~ 2 wks ago and asked about my warranty and the guy on the phone was very helpful and polite! Ibhave no issues with him, whoever he was...he transferred me to the service department because I needed some work done on my truck. The guy I talked to that day was also helpful and polite...and he scheduled my appointment for the 30th, which is today, and I SPECIFICALLY told him that I will need a loaner (because I have to drive 45-1hr to get there), a TRUCK, because I will be moving things out of my storage rental. He apologized and said that the truck wasnt available but had ths next biggest vehicle which was a large suv...which was fine. So, my appointment was scheduled and my loaner was available. As Im leaving town this morning right after my shift, to drive close to an hour there, mind you that I had to reschedule other things that needed to be done in order to get my truck in to get fixed...like missing an extra shift for work, and taking my boys to the dentist (As some may know that scheduling those things are hectic!), I call the service department while Im on 88 to MAKE SURE that they were ready for me and that they had the loaner...come to find out that the LOANER wasnt even scheduled! Or was it?! The appointment was in there but somehow, all the rentals went out this morning? Did they not remember that I was scheduled for all of this? So Im talking to the guy (which aounds like the SAME guy I called and spoke with 2 wks ago, but im not accusing) and he tells me that I have to RESCHEDULE...REALLY?! And to top it off I scheduled it for next week (the 7th of Sept), so NOW I will have the truck for a loaner...so he says... So when I get home, I tell my wife the news and she tells me that she rescheduled our boys dentist appointments for the 7th! So now, we have to reschedule their dentist appointments again! Very, veeerryyy dissappointing...I just hope nothing goes wrong with my truck before then. So this is why Im rating you guys a 2...we are busy people over here and Im sure the dealership is busy as well, but to foul up like this and cause a frustrating setback to us is not cool! Not a good start to my week guys! I'll be happy to change my rating when this gets resolved...

They went out of there way to find me a truck with what I wanted on it ! I worked to find me my discount I got thought my work. And what Ford was giving at the time

Quinn was fantastic. I never felt pressured and he explained the process very well to me. Then when I talked with Ben to finish the financing he showed in detail what I would pay and showed me options

Sexton Ford has done my service work the past 6 years...

Sexton Ford has done my service work the past 6 years (very satisfactorily), so when it was time to upgrade I went to Sexton. Sales associate Craig Davison found a great Escape at a terrific price. He made the experience so easy and painless. He had a good knowledge of features and explained it all very well. Look forward to doing business in the future.

Is the Third vehicle I have bought from this dealership everyone is very knowledgeable from sales to financing to service to parts . If I got a question they answer it correctly and true I would and have recommended this dealership to other people

So. I bought a truck from sexton Ford sales person was Claudia nice person so to make a long story short sold me the warranty so after I started driving it it was smoking on start up well I resolved that issue myself but now getting some other stuff going wrong I was told the warranty was like buying a new car anything goes wrong it would be covered but thats all a lie because it dont cover anything that keeps the car running but will cover a window switch but no sensors esp ford warranty is a joke so now I'm going to demand my money back on the worthless warranty Oh by the way they will cover it but you have to pay the the tear down if if shows mis use of vehicle you stuck with the whole ball and wax.So its just money in somebody pocket when delivered was even cleaned properly
