My salesman got me through the deal within minutes. I am thrilled not have have to worry about dealing… made everything completely easy from the minute we walked in.Elias Munoz .. was our salesman… has sold Mustangs to my brother!! I seen this Mustang was going to be coming into the dealership.. I phoned Eli .told him to ket me know when it was coming in and . he called .. went today bought my dream car!!

Dahl ford has always treated me very well.

Dahl ford has always treated me very well. I was scheduled service today to check my 12 volt battery and sensor which according to Ford has been causing sync 4a updates to fail. Everything checked out well, I was told my truck had the most current sync update that was available to them even though there are newer update available for the lightning. Contacting ford once again I discovered that ford doesn't make the new updates available to the dealer when they first come out. I told the Ford representative the dealers should have these updates available to them the moment they are available. Hopefully this will be the norm in the future. If a customer has trouble with OTA updates the could go to their dealership to get them pushed. At this point the dealerships hands are tie & can only push updates that ford makes available to them even though there are newer updates. Dahl ford does an excellent job even with the restrictions ford puts on their dealers.
