The entire staff as Dahl Ford was wonderful and personable. They (and the puppy) even entertained my 3 kids in the lobby while we finished up working with Gage to finalize our purchase of a Ford F150!

Poor service

I did an internet inquiry with Kaelynm and to say she was very non-responsive, was very unprofessional and couldn't answer simple questions on F-150 towing capacity. I wish I could have bought from my local Ford store, but I ended up driving elsewhere to receive a higher customer experience! I would recommend that to anyone else in the davenport area.

I have only used service department as vehicle was purchased about 70 miles away (low, pandemic inventory). To date, service has been excellent.
