Kaelyn is amazing!

I had my Ford Explorer serviced yesterday.

I had my Ford Explorer serviced yesterday. Normally I have excellent service but yesterday was a different story. I been with Dahl over 20 years. This is my 6 vehicle from them. Yesterday when I got there for an oil change. The customer service person found a piece of metal in my tire and showed me. which I appreciate. Then apparently they found another one in another tire and pulled it out. According to them I now I have a slow leak and needed new tires. Then she showed me my cabin air filter was dirty so I had that replaced. But what I didn’t like is that she throws the dirty air filter in garbage can in the waiting room. Don’t they have trash in the service department. So when I got home that night. My husband and son check my tires and did a leak test on my tires and found no leak. Plus they couldn’t find the other metal piece in the tire that they supposedly left alone. Plus my son noticed that there is damaged underneath my vehicle on the back passenger side. Looks like when it was put on the hoist. The pad was not put on the right spot and bent the metal. I not saying damaged was done yesterday. I only had this vehicle serviced 5 times. Nothing was ever said to me about the damage.

April in Service does a outstanding job. Was very timely and attentive in taking care of my service needs! Dan wich is also great at getting my truck serviced. Can’t say I would go anywhere else because the service staff there is excellent

Dahl's Service Department Stinks

I would have given it a one star but did not because the staff are uniformly friendly and courteous. That said, the dealership is seriously flawed. I received a warning message on my Ford Fusion that my nitrogen-filled tire was seriously low. I took it in and they decided it simply needed more nitrogen. About a week or so later I got a message that another tire was seriously low so I went in again. They put more nitrogen into that tire. Then a short time later the first tire came up as seriously low. At that point they decided to replace the sensor - for $120. Then it happened again. At that point they showed me a photo of a tire with a screw sticking out of it and decided that I needed a new tire, which was more expensive than normal. Later they did that with the second tire. In the meantime I called Ford directly as well as Nitrofill. Nitrofill, as it turned out, has a warranty on their product so that up to $400 per year is available regardless of what might go wrong with the tire. Strangely, Dahl Ford never mentioned that to me. I would have filed my claim with Nitrofill except that they needed photos of the tires, which Dahl had shown me, but which I did not have. I called Dahl and was told that, yes, Nitrofill does have that warranty, but they had overlooked telling me about it. However, they would reimburse me $400 and sort things out with Nitrofill. I called Nitrofill the next day to see if Dahl had filed my claim. They had not. I called Dahl to find out why they had not filed the claim and they told me that they were not going to file the claim because they had no photos of my tires, but would reimburse me directly, which they did in due time.

Very pleased with the purchase process.

Very pleased with the purchase process. The sales guys, Eric and Pat, are very professional, they know their product lines, and treated us respectfully and courteously. Eric was very upfront and forthright about production delays, and kept us updated throughout production. The guys at Dahl Ford (including Terry in the finance section) are a quality team with a quality product that exceeded our expectations for customer service. I would buy from them again.

Bought my last vehicle from Dahl a few years ago.

Bought my last vehicle from Dahl a few years ago. I have always been pleased with their Service Dept. since before I bought a car from them. After an accident, I had my car towed to Dahl's Body Shop. Since it was totaled, I went to the Sales Dept. and left a short time later with a new vehicle with which I am very pleased. The sales/finance team made the whole transaction easy. All staff I dealt with from the Body Shop, Sales, and Finance were extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient team helping me.
