Lynze arranged for Cleaveland to take me home on the

Lynze arranged for Cleaveland to take me home on the shuttle. She also called Hertz for me and made arrangements for my rental car. Lynze and Cleaveland made my life easier which I appreciated! Lynze and Doug were able to diagnose the two major problems. However, it would cost me a lot of money to fix my 1999 Crown Victoria, and I don't plan to keep my car for much longer. They assured me that my car was still safe to drive and filled my overflow coolant. They also made arrangements for Eli to show me a new 2022 vehicle which met my list of requirements. I plan to go back and try a new Ford Escape SE before I make any final decisions. I really appreciated the assistance that Lynze, Doug, and Eli gave me even though I decided not to repair my car due to the cost.

Hour and a half oil change.

Hour and a half oil change. I do not want nitrogen in my tires, I’m well aware my tires are almost shot, my brakes are fine, and my front end does not need aligned. Curiously, the lady next to me also needed an alignment with no need to replace any parts. This dealership has a great body shop and the parts people ( and everybody else) seem friendly enough, but I’ll be doing my own oil changes going forward.

Bought my 1st ever brand new car in Dec 21 and sadly it

Bought my 1st ever brand new car in Dec 21 and sadly it was totaled just 6 months to the day. I was traumatized by not only the accident but losing the car that I loved. When looking for a replacement we were having trouble finding one similar. Jim "Ike" knew what we were looking for and called when one miraculously became available. Mike in finance was very helpful too! Thank you to them both for making the outcome of my traumatic experience a positive one.

Bought an old truck for cash finance guy was great friendly and very funny salesman not so much I got the impression he didn’t care if he got our business or not didn’t even introduce himself no thank you or anything from him but I bet he enjoyed the commission
