Was charged 44$ for a repair two months ago, same exact

Was charged 44$ for a repair two months ago, same exact repair this week was 160$. When I questioned it I was accused by the manager of wanting something free. Why would someone not question that? The fact that I was made to be a thief over a 17$ part that shouldn’t be breaking on an 80,000$ truck was flat out uncalled for. Any sane person would be concerned with an increase that size!

Thank you for your feedback. Here at Dahl Ford, we take all feedback seriously. We understand your concerns. Per your conversation with our General Manager, he did cover the cost and labor for the repair that was billed to the car wash company where the damage occurred. He also expressed that the first repair you're referring to was billed incorrectly at that low rate. He doesn't know how you were charged only $40 for the prior repair. Our hope was that providing a diesel oil change at no charge on your last service visit showed our willingness to accept responsibility when we do make an error.

I dropped my truck off for routine oil change and some

I dropped my truck off for routine oil change and some recall work. The work was completed in four hours. They provided me a ride to/from the dealership via their courtesy shuttle. When I picked the truck up I had a question about one of the indications on the display and they promptly addressed it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lynze at the service desk was great. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. She advised me of two issues on the truck that needed attention and arranged for them to be taken care of. I look forward to visiting their dealership again and recommend them to anyone.

They were very prompt in keeping me up to date on my daughters car repair as I live approximately 4 hours away. Very pleasant on phone and in person.

Very pleasant on phone and in person. Quick to get me a last minute ride home and pickup the next day. Repairs were finished early. Quick and clean, in and out, back to daily life and family.

All of my visits have been absolutely wonderful. The entire staff is so professional and efficient. No matter their position; they acknowledge your presence. In today’s world clients do not find well trained Associates. It is definitely a treat. And I love the follow-up calls to see that everything went well…wonderful Customer Service… Yeah !!! Purchased a Ford Maverick at sticker price.

Purchased a Ford Maverick at sticker price. There was no dealer markup on an in demand model that is currently being marked up by other dealers. The salesman was helpful and friendly and low pressure. I would purchase a vehicle from them in the future if I need a Ford.
