2022 chevy blazer

No screwing around,right to business. No one wants to spend hours at a dealership.



The service department is trash. By a car from here at your own risk. Customer service is non existent. They sell lemons and are proud of it. The service is incapable of timely fixes nor do they give a xxxx.


Poor presentation

We drove 1.5 hrs to see a used 2018 Chevy Colorado with 18,000 miles. Nothing was done to properly present this truck to us. A detailer could of worked out many of the paint imperfections. The interior SMELLED like dog urine. It was dirty on the exterior. The dealership should be embarrassed. We left in 5 min not even test driving the truck. $26,000 is a lot of money to me and I felt like they were showing me a junker.


Excellent excellent excellent!!

If you are buying a vehicle ask for Jake. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed us how to work almost everything on our new Tahoe. If he didn't know the answer to a question he obtained the answer for us with rapid and accurate response. The experience we had at this dealership with this salesman was so easy, fast and very friendly. We will definately purchase more vehicles from him in the future!


Excellent Customer Service

I had an excellent experience trading in and purchasing a new 2021 vehicle. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and professional (Jake -Salesman , Valerie and Dealer Manager). Car Shopping

just wanted to write you a quick note to thank your for your honesty and dedication while selling me my new car last week. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that five-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and I'm not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car, and it's all thanks to you. You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them.


Looking for a car

The dealership is good and smooth, easy to find the right car for right price. It has funny, fast and welcoming employees. The buying process is fast aswell.


Horrible service

I was at Smith Chevrolet in Hammond, looking to lease a new vehicle. DeAndea and Valerie were helping to find me the vehicle I wanted at the beat possible price. Everything seemed great until I wanted to look around and make sure the prices made since to me. That's when things turned, and I then received a attitude from DeAndre. I then left. The next day he had called, and I missed his call. As a courtesy and not to receive phone calls from him for 2 weeks I called him back to let him know, I wasn't ready to make any decisions just yet. (That's my right) he then proceeded to say I'm not going to get a better deal elsewhere, and theybqere taking a loss on the vehicle...I stayed firm and said thank you, but not at this time. He then said "thanks" and hung up on me. I called Monday to speak to the General Manager of sales. Tony is who I spoke with, he was just as rude to speak to, and couldn't care less when I was ready to lease my next vehicle if I was coming back to Smith Chevrolet or not. HORRIBLE business people to work with. When they don't get what they want they get nasty. Well they've lost by business, and I will continue to tell anyone I know looking for a vehicle to stay away from Smith Chevrolet in Hammond.

Absolutely Amazing

Brought our car in for service and was taken care of promptly, and kept up to date on any found issues. Rich in service was amazing and made sure that our car was taken care of properly, going through everything under the hood for us to ensure we would feel safe driving again. We got our car back yesterday and it feels better now then it ever has. Thank you so much for great service!
