Varsity Ford

I was in the market for a lightly used Fusion and stopped by Varsity- Ann Arbor one night after work. While looking at the Fusion I had in mind, Mike McCool came out and spoke to me and opened the car for me. Over the next few days I worked with Mike to purchase the car and found him to be very open about the car and process. After the test drive I noticed deep scratches in the windshield across the driver's side and Varsity replaced the windshield. It was a very easy process and I will be back to see Mike again.

Came out to look at a truck. Took half a day off work just for them to tell me that there was NO way i would be able to get approved. They didn't even try to help or explain why. Just flat out NO. This place is a waste of time just like ANY dealership in Ann Arbor. I would rather drive an hour before looking for a car in Ann Arbor. I found the same truck just different color for half the price and in better condition.

Richard Kania helped me purchase a 2016 Ford Fusion. He didn't say too much at first, he just allowed me to take one for a test drive and that's when I first really began to like the Fusion.
