DO BETTER! From service to sales, there has been some disappointment with this dealership. On a positive note, there has been one good experience with the service department in the past five years since moving to Brighton. My preference would be Brighton Ford. They are only a half mile away and very convenient. Unfortunately, I purchased my last lease three years ago from Gorno Ford because of my excellent experiences I’ve had with them. There are five other family members in Brighton that were all Ford customers. In the past few years, my grandson and granddaughter moved over to a Buick and my other granddaughter recently bought her Ford Explorer from another dealership, which is further away but a better experience. My other granddaughter did purchase her bronco very recently from Brighton Ford. It’s hard to say anything negative about our sales person other than I don’t believe he followed through with the promises he gave my granddaughter and the follow up of returning her Buick to GM, caused her to get late notices, which does affect her credit. Due to my most recent experience with the service department on an issue on my 2023 Ford escape, I will look elsewhere when my lease is due August 2026. Although each issue on its own that we have all had with Brighton Ford is not necessarily reason to quit doing business with Brighton Ford, however collectively, we have been very disappointed. I’ve expressed my concern in reviews and conversations with management over the past five years. DO BETTER, BRIGHTON FORD!

This dealership had the worst communication and service team I have ever encountered. When I tried to reach out to higher ups, they did not care (shocker), even when I included photo evidence of the horrible condition of the vehicle they gave me. I want to make sure other people have this information before choosing to give them any business.

Couldn’t reach anyone for hours , voice mail ect Came in for a simple new tire waited two hours and came back said they couldn’t find it ! This is also the worst sales dept ever still don’t have my code for the door , yeah right try to get a something fixed your out 3-4 weeks stay away from this dealership

I am giving ZERO stars to this dealership!!! If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would but they require at least one star to submit the review! I took my (late model) vehicle to this location for routine service and upon receiving my vehicle back I discovered oil smudges running down the fender, oily fingerprints along the roofline over the door, the door handles and trim panels on BOTH sides! Upon entering the vehicle, there were TWO oily handprints on my passenger seat, along the dash, and glove compartment, steering wheel, interior door panels, and HEADLINER!!! The door jam was covered in dirty boot smudges, and the door panel and speaker cover had dirty boot marks completely across and up and down on it, as though they were pushing my door open with their foot!! The contents of my glove compartment was in shambles, and I found some of the items under the passenger seat! I also observed a fresh scratch (THE ONLY ONE ON THIS VEHICLE) on the rear corner! I cannot even imagine how it would be possible to inflict this amount of abuse simply to change the oil!!! The sheer lack of respect for someone elses property is astounding!! I submitted pictures (the ones I could) to the dealership to verify the extent of damage, and wish I could post them here!!! I will be certain to warn EVERYONE I can about my experience, and would NEVER recommend anyone who values their vehicle take it to this dealership!!!

Staff is polite but, the technical expertise of the workers is at a very low level. The vehicle had to be returned as the blind spot monitoring system was not repaired when the mirror glass was replaced. Spoke with the service advisor and explained in detail the issues. Vehicle was picked up and taken back to the dealer for the repair. Blind spot monitoring system was repaired and the mirror was still not repaired correctly. The fix is visible to the eye by looking at the outside mirror case. I would not trust them again to repair or service anything.

I was over on my miles due to having to take my child to therapy sessions, but the dealership refused to try to help us find a way to minimize the impact. Even worse, when I turned in the leased vehicle they made me take off my own license plate. Very shortsighted and rude.

My family and I will never do business with Brighton Ford again. New Car Sales Manager Jade Orlich was rude and condescending. When pressed to break down important sales figures so I could understand how he determined residual value, he actually said, "Listen, I've told you over 10 times..." His defensiveness when questioned was revealed when I shopped at Pat Milliken Ford. When it comes to Brighton Ford, A-plan is not A-plan. The price and residual value computation are not universal. Brighton Ford and Jade Orlich will pad the bill and will scam you. Pat Milliken Ford leased me a truck with a sticker price $2000 more with a lease payment $60 a month less. Never do business with Brighton Ford and Jade Orlich. And it is apparent they are not moved by negative reviews.
