I had my car towed to Audi because the key would not turn in the egnition, Clay in the service department said it would be done in a week I kept calling Clay he. Ever returned my calls I called the parts department thay said the part would take 3 weeks to come in. Kept calling Clay he did not call me back finally I called the sales manager and Clay finally called me back said it would take three weeks thay had my car for 4 weeks and I finally got it back don’t take your car there, I won’t go back there.
