Everyone was courteous and professional! They were very efficient and thorough! Showing me and explaining the part that needed replaced and updating my radio/computer system! All of this done in a timely manner😊 Very pleased with my service!

I was unaware the service center was by appointment only at this time. Yark was very kind and snuck me in for an oil change!

Efficient

I was nervous about coming out with the virus. I felt safe and impressed when I got to Subaru Service. Only one car at a time was allowed into the garage. There was a shield between me and your associate. An X on the floor kept everyone 6 feet apart. Car was wiped down and plastic put on the seat. You are protecting your customers and staff. Good job. My car was repaired quickly.

Oil change and tire rotation

Great experience

They always do an excellent job, and service was again excellent. My care was sanitized before and after service. I was very pleased about that. I had a courtesy car, which was very helpful since we do not live in the Toledo area.

Overall good experience. However, I was disappointed and...

Overall good experience. However, I was disappointed and surprised that when service was complete and my car keys were given back to me...I entered my vehicle to find the floor mat, steering wheel cover, and seat cover were still in place. I had to remove them and dispose of them.

I purchased my car here and was delighted with my salesperson. Now, a year and a half later, I had to have my airbag updated. The service I received was top quality. Thank you.

90,000 mile service

The service set up for these trying times was good, with the disinfecting of the vehicle to the placing of the protective cove on the steering wheel. The waiting area could of provided some coffee or something. I was at another Yard dealership to have my service done on my Toyota a few days earlier and they had coffee and wrapped snacks available.
