Great service and customer protection against COVID 19

Needed service for brake pad replacement. From sign-in to check-out, there was a process to maintain social distancing, and to clean/disinfect the car before it was turned over to me. The mechanical service was done promptly, and now the car drives properly. I am very pleased.

Work was done on time with no issues. Friendly workers, I would recommend this dealership and there products. I bought a CPO Subaru with the extended warranty Wich I also recommend.

We are very pleased with Yark Subaru. Only place we will purchase our cars since 2005. I do have one complaint. We brought our car in for recall service. At the time we requested the service person to retrieve a piece lost under a seat. There was a charge of $54.00 added to our bill. Thought that was quite high.

Great service every time

Friendly and professional. Dwain explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the estimate and work that was needed. I like the option of being able to pay online. Makes convenient in case I cant make it in by closing.

Fast and Easy

The Dealership solution for COVID19 pandemic was excellent. A form with pouch for keys and employees with PPE. They were using gloves and 6 feet of separation.
