Exactly what we wanted with no hassles!

We just took delivery of our second Subaru Outback from Kevin Oberhaus at Yark Subaru in Toledo. The vehicle is fantastic and so is Kevin. He is everything you want in a salesperson and nothing you don't. He listens carefully to your wish-list and is straight-forward with his answers. He gives guidance when he thinks you are off track and works hard to deliver exactly what you ask for. We could not have had a better buying experience. Ask for Kevin. You won't be disappointed in him or the car you buy!

Amazing!

I found a car online and Jennifer was the first person that I encountered when I came to Yark. She has been amazing throughout the whole car buying process and has made the process a little less stressful. Jennifer is awesome at her job and her personality makes her such a joy to work with. If you ever go to Yark Subaru do yourself a favor and ask for Jennifer. You will not regret it!! Jennifer you are AMAZING! Thank you for your hard work. I now have a new SUV in my driveway :)

Excellent service at Yarn!

I was assisted by Kevin in a search for my car and was very pleased! He found 3 great options for me in consideration with my budget. Everyone at Yark Subaru was very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment is the employee handling my paperwork while purchasing the vehicle was asking my friend (a young man who was assisting me in my search) questions about his personal vehicle, which annoyed/bothered my friend.

Quick easy and fun

I really enjoyed my experience. Mia made it fun and quick. She knew what to show me right away and it was love at first sight. After that it was some quick paperwork and I was out the door in my new car!

Great experience

Straightforward experience. No hassles. Great cars. Finance department did a freat job. Absolutely no problems throughout the process. Fair trade in price. So, yes, i would recommend them.

service excellence!

Our 2013 Subaru Outback had a minor recall item and we brought it in for replacement. The work was done promptly and it was ready before it was promised! WE were so pleased, we contacted our salesman who had sold us the car and proceeded to purchase a new 2017 from the same dealership. WE like it here and we have to drive 65 miles just to get to Yark Subaru.. It is well worth it.

Great service

Alex was a fantastic salesman. He was not pushy and very patient. I really felt that he wanted to do what was best for us. I haven't gotten that feeling at other dealerships before. Great experience all around. Will defiantly be going back for all future purchases
