Checked my air conditioner. I was not operating it correctly. I learned how to push the correct buttons. My air conditioner was fine. Thank goodness!

If I could give the service department a tenth of a star, I would. Do your research before getting your car serviced. They will definitely try and over... charge you for the simplest repairs. I had water in my trunk and they try to charge me $300 to fix it when all it was was a disconnected drain tube. Service department gets two thumbs down from me
We felt too much running back and forth between offices during the negotiating process. One comment I have is it was pointed out we would not probably... like a Terrain because of the shutting off at traffic lights. We ended up with Envision which does same thing. Was that comment/suggestion made because the Buick is a higher priced car? Zach was very helpful during the financing process. Randy was helpful creating a dealer trade to get the color we preferred.
