I would give them 6 Stars!

I Purchased a 2015 Audi A6 3.0T Prestige with the "Drivers Assistance Package" from Champagne MotorCar Co in March, 2018... My wife was nervous about buying a car out of state, site unseen..So, I put a deposit down to hold the car and then found a flight from Ohio to Connecticut. They picked me up at my hotel the next morning and about 45 min. later I was at the dealership....Test drove it... The car was every bit as nice as they said it was... My Salesman was George Pasiakos. He went above and beyond to make this whole process smooth. They even steam cleaned the interior! I saved around $4,000 dollars vs. what was available locally....I drove the car 560 miles home that day, and the wife is very happy with her car. Thank you George and Kenny for making this online car buying experience so good!

Mazda Miata MX-5 Grand Touring

I recently purchased a used Mazda Miata MX-5 Grand Touring from Champagne Motors in Willimantic, Ct. The sales representative, Joe Carsoni, was friendly, courteous, and professional which made my decision to purchase this car an easy one. The owner, Ken Champagne, was also very helpful in addressing any questions and concerns that I had. Kevin Trudeau, the finance officer, completed the paperwork in a very thorough and proficient manner. Easy way to buy a car

No pressure. Interesting assortment of vehicles. They had the exact vehicle I wanted and made it easy. Fair price and fair trade in price. I drove out in a short time with a beautiful 2017 Dodge Challenger T/A 392.

First Timer

Please keep me posted on any 2014/15 435's. I'm particularly looking for metallic black ext. color with a red or beige int. and black wheels.

Exceptional Service, and Great Facilities

I would highly recommend Champagne Motorcar if you?re looking for a vehicle. Joe was my salesman and he was exceptionally professional! Joe helped my husband and I every step of the way in the car buying process. I was very particular in the type of vehicle I wanted, and Champagne Motor car had a wide variety of preowned luxury vehicles to choose from! I?ll definitely be buying again from them the next time I?m in the market for a vehicle!

Wrangler Rubicon Recon

So purchased my third vehicle from this Outstanding Business. My salesman Gus was excellent. When I arrived Ken the owner even recommended me to look at another Wrangler that just came in that morning. The entire process was great with no pressure sales tactics, but rather a very refreshing straight forward price with all the details and no extras charge ups. A little long on the wait to finalize paperwork but they were busy closing other customers out. Highly recommend if you are looking for a car.

Stress Free Sale

I stopped in to look at a Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition that had 20,000 miles on it. It was in immaculate condition. I was going to take it for a test drive when I was advised that they had received another Willys in that morning with only 10,000 miles on it for the same price ! I took a look and then decided to test drive that one. The Jeep came with a hard top / soft top, Alpine stereo and U connect touch screen. The vehicle was in excellent condition and immaculate inside and out. I got a better deal at the same price due to the staff being able to bid lower on the vehicle. How's that for honesty !! The sale was the most stress free I have ever experienced with any dealer. I know what you're thinking ..... Stress free at a car dealership ?? ..... REALLY ?? The answer is an absolute resounding yes !! .... I started out with the idea in mind that I wanted my purchase to be a happy event and expressed that to my wife before I stopped in the dealership. I got exactly what I wanted and a memorable experience !! Ask for Gus, and I assure you that you will not be disappointed with your experience. Thank you Champagne Motors !!!

Best Shopping Experience

One of the distasteful tasks I have is shopping for a car. With that in mind, I found a used Audi A6 from Champagne Motors that met all of my criteria and I decided to try to get through the anticipated ordeal by contacting them and making an appointment with Gus L. To my surprise, there was no pressure and I experienced a very leisurely and pleasurable test drive. Upon arriving back at the dealership I expected the usual pressure cooker tactics but was pleasantly surprised that we were not hounded. Instead, Gus exchanged pleasantries but did not try to persuade us in order to make a quick sale. We ended up purchasing it and and when we picked it up, it was detailed, and even had a full tank of gasoline (when was the last time that ever happened)? I checked under the hood for the first time this morning and observed that even the engine had been steam cleaned and detailed as meticulously as the rest of the car. Incidentally, all of the fluids were clean and new. This car looked better than a brand new Audi I purchased for my wife a number of years ago from an Audi dealership. This was so pleasant and they are such craftsmen that the next time I am in the market, I will definitely make the 1.5 hour trip back to Champagne Motors. Try them, you won't be disappointed!

fantastic no pressure car purchase experience.

I found a 2014 Jaguar XKR online. I contacted the dealership and got an immediate response from President Ken Champagne. I arranged for my wife and I to visit the dealership and take a look at the car. Fantastic interaction with both Ken and sales manager Gus Lucas. They were open and very informed about the car, answered all of our questions, and then took me for a test drive. I chose to look at a few other vehicles but no other car compared to the quality of the XKR they were selling. No pressure... just a great atmosphere. A few days later i returned o Champagne Motor Cars and became the proud owner of my new Jaguar XKR. The best experience at a car dealership that I have ever had! Doug Richardson
