Stephanie was extremely patient, knowledgeable, in explaining how my a C issue was going to be investigated. she also explained my options of using my Ford points Having them expire in August. I ran into a problem in finding a ride to the Wareham Ford Dealership to pick up the truck after the diagnosis, Stephanie arranged for me to be picked up by one of the sales people Living in the area. That also Was beneficial because he explained How they work and that customer service was their priority. This was important to me as my husband and I have always owned Ford products from station wagons to trucks. having moved from New Hampshire to mass I now need to find a dealership closer to where I now live. Family owned for many years and it shows with employees there for many years...when I buy, they will be my choice!

Wareham Ford has done all my service on my 2022 Bronco

Wareham Ford has done all my service on my 2022 Bronco since I bought it there. This past week during the works service they charged me $200 to replace all of my tires lug nuts. She said it was because the outer chrome caps were bent/broken. I checked online later and I could have bought them fromFord for $2.40 each. If the caps were bent etc, it’s because they used a wrong size socket to remove them for tire rotation. I was ripped off and will not be back. I am also contacting a Ford rep on the Bronco Nation site to complain.

I worked with the manager, Bob. He was very helpful in explaining about insurance information and what to expect for expenses. I was pleasantly pleased at the repair outcome. Bob also went above and beyond when he personally shuttled me home when I dropped off my vehicle. Excellent service.

Love going to Wareham Ford, the always have my back and take care of things right away. The service Dept is top notch, Keith in service always helps me out when I need it. I will always go to Wareham Ford When I'm looking to trade in my Vehicle my Friend Jim Nunes is my Goto salesman

I received my 2026 Ford F150 in less than pristine

I received my 2026 Ford F150 in less than pristine condition. It was dirty inside, had not been thoroughly cleaned or vacuumed. The dealership needs to improve in this area. I would give this area of the dealership a one star rating. My salesman Paul Tanner was excellent. He is friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of his way to work with you. I give him a 5 Star rating.
