It was a LONG 3 hour process to purchase our used

It was a LONG 3 hour process to purchase our used vehicle! I wish my spouse had just walked away and not completed the purchase. While our salesman was fantastic to work with (Wyatt), nothing else about the process was positive. And, just a few short months later, our 2017 Explorer with just 96k miles on it at purchase is having numerous issues, including major electrical issues. The risks of buying used 🤷

They always take really good care of me and my vehicles . They are on top of any problems they find while doing routine maintenance, and Shelby works really hard and is really good at her job she should get a raise for all that she does, she's a great asset to Auto Park Ford
