Sandie was absolutely MARVELOUS from first contact to today (2 days later!) We drove from South Bend to Sturgis. Sandie walked us through every single step and made us feel right at home. She's a wizard wirh that calculator. 😉 Summer was busy playing the part of two people and rocking it out! Both ladies made every effort so I brought Penelope Elizabeth home with me!

They are so friendly and kind. Even picks up my car for an oil change when I have to work. Very happy with this dealership!!

Simple , quick, easy, and very friendly service. Arrived for service and the lady was super nice as usual. Customer waiting area is always clean and comfortable. We were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. They also did the normal free truck wash which I absolutely love . Saves me time and a little extra money for something I normally do anyway. Highly recommend for anyone needing ford service .

Had a great experience with Sandy buying a used hybrid for our family! Sandy was great but I took off one star because the paperwork process took such a long time! I think I had to sign more forms to buy this car than I did our mortgage!

Staff were incredibly friendly and even stayed late to help us close on our new care. They worked with us to take delivery as we live far from the dealer. This is our second car purchased from Auto Park Sturgis and will continue to come back.

Bought a great car from them yesterday. 2025 Mach E. Staff was very friendly and for the most part, very accommodating. Brendan took good care of us. He answered all of our questions. If he didn’t know the answer, then he found someone who did. He’s very personable, and we would recommend him highly if someone wants to visit this dealership. Summer was also wonderful, handling all the paperwork very professionally and competently. We took one star off, because of what should have been a very minor issue that they did not take care of for us. There were two minor scratches that needed a touch up. Instead of doing that for us, they offered to sell us the paint, so we could do it ourselves. This was probably a $25 item, less for them. With the many thousand dollars we spent on this very nice car, we feel they should have done that gratis. It just felt really cheap on their part. They did let us keep the car plugged in even after hours because it was not charged sufficiently to get us home comfortably.
