Sandie was very helpful and accommodating, except when it came to actually picking up the vehicle ... we waited 75 minutes before anybody acknowledged we were there for a scheduled appointment. We were told that two other people were there at the same time picking up vehicles (I don't know if they were scheduled). Had minimal contact with Paris. Only talked on the phone with Summer. Brent actually completed all the paperwork to close the sale, then found out he was co-owner of the dealership ... very good to work with. Dealer Key Fob Logo states; One Price One Person One Hour .... I would question this one!!!
