This is the 2nd time I have purchased an ESP from Emma Allen. She is very knowledgeable and explained the options in detail. I purchased the warranty and would definitely buy another from Emma. Great customer service and a good price!

Mustang was in great shape.

Mustang was in great shape. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. The price online is the price of the car. They do not negotiate.

I was charged $122.

I was charged $122.14 for an oil change. This was an outrageous price increase for the same exact service that I paid $75.69 at Lombard a year ago. In addition, the service rep did not review the service inspection results with me. Because of the cost and the lower level of customer service, I'll never return to Lombard for this service.

We are sorry that you feel that way but the pricing of oil has jumped up drastically your labor was exactly the same. Unfortunately we don't have control over the pricing on oil.

The staff and the service and the expertise is immeasurable and a five out of five !! Kyle and the staff alongside truly showed care and such wisdom about the care of my Ford Escape 2014 titanium. I required a new transmission and once that was repaired they then figured out what else needed repair ! They are awesome👍
