Poor diagnostics, questionable service, and disappointing customer experience I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Lynch Ford and would not recommend them based on how my situation was handled. My daughter’s car wouldn’t start after school, so I had it towed to a local repair shop (K&M Repair). During basic troubleshooting, they found the engine had over 8 quarts of oil, and both the oil and filter contained metal shavings, indicating possible internal engine damage. This raised serious concerns that the engine may have been damaged from being overfilled during a prior service at Lynch Ford. When I contacted Lynch Ford, they had the vehicle towed to their shop. However, once it arrived, they did not properly investigate the issue. They did not perform a thorough diagnostic or address the excessive oil or potential engine damage. Instead, they refilled the oil, installed a new filter, and attempted to start the vehicle. They determined it wouldn't start because of a fuel pump issue and stopped there. The starting issue and fuel pump were not why we contacted them—we contacted them because of the excess oil and metal shavings. The main concern — possible engine damage from overfilling — was never addressed. Despite this, they charged us for: - Towing to their shop (which they arranged) - Diagnostic fees - Oil and filter - Towing back to the original shop The total cost exceeded $600, and the primary issue was never properly investigated. This experience showed a lack of thoroughness, poor communication, and a failure to take accountability for a serious mechanical concern. My household has serviced two vehicles at Lynch Ford, and my mother also brought her vehicle there based on our long-standing relationship. Over 15 years, we had only one prior issue, which they resolved at the time. However, after this experience, we will no longer return and will be servicing all of our vehicles elsewhere — including two recently purchased vehicles. In total, they have lost the business of five vehicles. Very disappointed.

The quick lane service is fantastic. Everyone at Lynch Chevrolet treats you as a friend as well as customer. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great dealership.

A friend of mine bought a car there a few years ago. His good experience led my son and another friend to purchase from there too. So it was one of the first places that I looked when wanting to upgrade my vehicle.it was a smooth process and a very friendly staff. I recommend this dealer to everybody.

These guys made me comfortable enough to purchase a high end vehicle sight unseen. They referred a shipper that was second to none and the paperwork was a breeze. No wonder they do a ton of business. Thanks to Everett for keeping me in the know as we completed the sale hundreds of miles apart. To say the experience was awesome is the understatement of the year. Thanks for an excellent experience!

We have dealt with Dave Jordan for at least three vehicles at Lynch and have always appreciated his willingness to search out what we have been looking for. We like the no pressure sale. Dave is always willing to answer any questions that we may have or search out the answer if he doesn't know.

Lynch Ford and Chevy went above and beyond locating the car I wanted. It wasn't an easy find since it turned out to be a popular 2025 model. Never pushy, always respectful and I'm so happy with every experience there. Would recommend 100%!

Probably one of the easiest and least pressured vehicle purchases I've been apart of from a dealership. Grant it i didn’t have a trade in, but from test drive to leaving was maybe an hour and a half total!

From the minute I walked into Lynch Ford, til the minute I walked out, I received the most awesome service from everyone. AND, I walked out with a purchase that I’m totally in love with!!!! Our sales team with Larry was very thorough and to the point. Very knowledgeable in the process and we came away with a very nice low mile used pick up truck. Would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle
