We just bought our 2026 Chevy Traverse RS and couldn’t be

We just bought our 2026 Chevy Traverse RS and couldn’t be happier! From the very beginning, Whitney Johnson was so helpful in setting up our appointment and making sure we were on the right track to find the perfect car for our family. Katrina helped us put together our very first deal and made everything feel so simple and stress-free. Tyler Hallenbeck, our salesperson, was absolutely wonderful… he was kind, patient, funny, and really took the time to answer every question we had. And Steve in finance made the final steps smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. The whole team made what could have been a stressful process such an enjoyable and exciting experience. We’re so thankful for all of their help and love our new Traverse RS already! Highly recommend this dealership and this amazing team!

Number one GM dealership in the northeast. Pat Duke and Steve Vitiello are the best. This is my second truck from them in the last 18 months. I bought a certified 1500 Sierra SLT for my son last June and just bought my self the 2025 Sierra 3500 Denali ultimate DRW truck! This truck wasn’t in stock but Pat worked hard to find this truck for me with the specs I wanted and kept me posted about everything along the way, and made sure I got the most for my trade. When it came time to deliver he knew everything about the truck and made sure I did also. Steve is the best at what he does, I can’t thank him enough! Thanks guys this new truck is amazing I love it!

As usual Romeo Chevrolet came through with finding a

As usual Romeo Chevrolet came through with finding a truck for my son. The sales person, Ashley was fantastic and is my go to person there. While there I showed them a paint defect on my 2024 Silverado's step and they are taking care of it, so how can you say they don't take care of their customers. Will only go there now.

I purchased a 2023 Chevy Silverado RST in April from

I purchased a 2023 Chevy Silverado RST in April from Romeo and my experience was very poor! I went in and spoke with the salesman On Saturday and took the truck for a ride and then purchased the truck, the time it took at the dealership was reasonable. I went back on the following Monday to speak with the finance manager and pick up the truck which took over 4 hours, a very unreasonable time to wait. I did not receive a full tank of gas, no free oil change, no business cards from the salesman or the finance manager, The finance manager tried to get me to purchase extended warranties which would have added hundreds of dollars to my monthly payments and never gave me any amounts to purchase the warranties separately. They cheated me out of $2,000 on my trade in by talking about how much I saved in sales tax. In hindsight I should have walked out and not purchased the truck. I would advise any one thinking about doing business with Romeo to look for a honest dealership, Romeo has no integrity! Here is additional information: the truck now has an issue with the forward collision alert/lane departure systems which repeatedly are disabled and I have to pull the fuse to reset these systems. I emailed Marko at Romeo and he was less than helpful and wants me to drive 2 hours each way so they can check the truck but I know how they are and I am not going to sit at the dealership all day which I told him that and no offer of a rental so I would not have to wait.

I am thrilled to write a review about my experience at the Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership in Lake Katrine, NY. Without a doubt, it was the best experience I have ever had at a big name dealership. Without sharing any negative details about other dealerships, I was keeping a positive outlook that I would not have the same experience at Romeo’s as I have had at other places. I was glad to have kept a positive outlook because Romeo’s proved to be a wonderful experience from the beginning communication over text, to when I actually drove to the dealership (2 1/2 hours from where I live) and met the car sales representative. A few names I would like to highlight are Arianna, Ethan, Jon, and Nick. All fantastic employees in their designated department. Arianna, who works in Business Development Center/customer service was the first person I communicated with through text messages. She answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in and even sent some extra photos to me that she personally took. She went above and beyond to take an extra look at the interior and exterior and that honestly gave me peace of mind. Even after I was considering not taking the drive, she remained pleasant and didn’t consistently try to pressure me into coming. I finally made the choice to come in for a test drive and did not have a chance to thank her in person for her excellent customer service and her nice way of communicating simply through messaging! Ethan was the Sales representative that I was working with. I do not have enough good to say about him! He had a calm demeanor, was a good listener, relatable, honest, and confident but not pushy. He was very easy to communicate with and even was polite when I tried my hand at negotiating. He went above and beyond to make sure the exterior and interior of my vehicle were set for pick up day. He did more than I could have asked for and sadly didn’t see him on my actual pick up date. Nick was the salesman that finished with delivery and pick up day. He was also wonderful with good customer service! He did a final walk through of my vehicle and shared an app that I could download to see information about my vehicle including the option of starting it right from my phone. He was also polite in his interactions with me and my dad who I brought to both appointments. Jon from finance last but not least, made all the financial aspects and paperwork easy and so smooth. He was very clear in everything he asked for and explained things very well. I appreciated his humor as well and that was just a nice perk as I was signing paperwork and handing over my payment for my vehicle. I also want to point out the mechanics/detail department. I will never know any of your names, but you took off a stripe decal that I didn’t care to have and made my vehicle look beautiful for pick up day. Thank you to all who worked on it! You all deserve just as much credit :) All in all, everyone I encountered at Romeo’s dealership in Lake Katrine were friendly and polite. I highly recommend this dealership and will gladly drive the 2 1/2 hours again to do business with them in the future! If you’re sitting on the idea of a vehicle on their lot, take the time to visit…you won’t be disappointed! It took me 6 months, but I finally found exactly what I was looking for!
