Andrew and Markos went above and beyond for me. They called to check on me when I had a wreck with my trade in on the same day as pick up. They still made sure I got a new car that is safer and more reliable. Thank you for doing what you do. Love my new car. Thank you Andrew and Markos for all you did for me.

Love my new used vehicle, so glad I went with Romeo Chevy! I had a great experience. The sale was so easy and everything went so smoothly. I test drove the vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. The dealership works with you! I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from them! Shop local always seems like the best experience!

I wish I could write a positive review.

I wish I could write a positive review. I purchased my 2017 gmc terrain with 42,000 mi on March 31. I had it one week wouldn’t start. Had aaa tow it back to dealership where it’s been ever since. Today is 4/29. Supposedly it’s getting an engine with 20,000 mi. I only had one conversation with Matt since then. Other messages have not been returned. Tomorrow my first payment is due and I haven’t even had the vehicle. I’m very disappointed with the service dept at this dealership. No one’s keeping me informed. At this point I feel like I don’t even want the vehicle anymore. I don’t feel good about this engine either. I do have a call into someone from the upstate office. Wish me luck.

Great sales experience!

Great sales experience! Traveled over an hour to look at a Silverado V8 Trail Boss LT. Ashley made the drive worth every mile! It was a pleasure working with her on the purchase of a new truck. Having spent time shopping around Ashley offered me a deal I wasn't about to pass up. I couldn't be happier with the truck. Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful and uncomfortable. Skip the stress, go to Romeo and ask for Ashley. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and would recommend them to anyone.

Was looking for a small cargo van. Found a 17 Ram Pro City at Romeo. Ethan and the sales team were amazing helping to get the best deal. Great experience!

Great experience all around. My salesman Ethan Carroll was awesome throughout the entire process. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. He wasn’t pushy and there was no hidden fees or anything like that. Very straightforward. In finance, Johnathan Carpino was also really excellent. Questions that I had remotely finalizing everything were answered immediately. They even called my insurance company to follow up to make sure everything was on target. Everyone seemed to genuinely care and really enjoy their job. I would totally recommend this dealership. I may even drive the hour there for service!
