Olen from the service dept. was very professional my Explorer was taken are of in about an hour or less including a recall on it that I knew nothing about. I felt very special, I told my husband it was worth the drive to Dundee since we live in Canton. Great job!!1

My F150
Diagnosing the problem with my truck and getting it repaired all in the same day. To me that is great service. And my service advisor sent me a text message letting me know what the problem was with my truck.

Oil Change
I scheduled an appointment for my first oil change through the email Spirit Ford sent me for the next week. When I arrived, I was turned away! Apparently their online scheduling does not work. That?s why they sent me the email asking me to schedule service??

Terrible Service
I purchased a new car at Spirit Ford and had a really good experience with Kyle in sales. I received regular emails regarding service on my vehicle and when I was really close to my first oil change, I clicked on the link in the email and scheduled service for the next week. When I arrived, I was turned away!! They did not have my appointment because their online scheduling doesn’t work (how would a customet know this?) I left and when I told my spouse what had happened, he called the manager and we were told we could come back..
