My experience was pleasant from beginning to end. As I checked in the attendant explained the procedure and politely answered my questions. When I was finished he also explained everything to me My questions were answered informatively and understandably. Very satisfied!

Went in to have them check the felt pad that was hanging down. This was after I had an oil change less than 100 miles ago. They stated worn out. Truck has 33000 miles on it! You think it was over tightened? Service manager stated 410.00 for part. I’ve had for one year certified vehicle. How many oil changes can it handle if the cover falls off after 33000 miles?
