Service was, as always, done in an expeditious manner and, this time, it was a "freebie" due to loyalty points..... Will buy another car at Sarat Ford. P.S. Middle of the road ranking for facilities that are undergoing renovation. Beside that fact, the service department was temporarily set up to make it as convenient as possible during the reconstruction.

As always, my experience with the service department is pleasant. The service manager and service advisor are both friendly and knowledgeable and I if I do receive unexpected information - it tends to be good (like, it's covered under warranty!)

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape and my husband purchased a 2015 Ford Focus. We worked with John Cassidy who was outstanding and worked with us through every single detail making sure we were satisfied. Our situation was complex but John was great and figured out how to make it work. I know he worked closely with other members of your team to ensure we would be happy with our purchases. My husband and I are both ecstatic with our new vehicles and have already began to recommend your dealership to other people.

I have a 2014 Ford Escape. I brought it in to be serviced and detailed. They did an excellent job. The service girl Tricia Courchesne was exceptional. When I came to pick my car up she realized that service had not fixed the leak. She was very upset that the paper work got on her desk when the job was not complete. She went out of her way to take care of this problem got me a loaner car and kept my car to have it fixed properly. I can not say enough about Tricia. She has waited on me before and I just want you to know what an asset she is to your company. She is very professional, polite, and goes the extra mile to keep customers happy. She always explains everything so you understand. Thank you for the great job you do.

I never felt pressured! It was easy, comfortable and not so stressful. I love my car and Thank you all for the great experience!

Did a great job repairing my car. When I picked it up, it had been washed and the inside had also been cleaned and vacuumed. Looked as good as the day it was new.

New facility to drop off cars is a great idea. Good customer service.

I love the people, but third time for same issue that I have been charged for a $100 + each time because I have an extended warranty but the last time I brought the truck in ..I believe they should have done this from the beginning I would have saved myself at least 200 dollars. I am in the market for a 2nd vehicle I am not sure if it will be a Ford ..it will be used which I would get an extended warranty again but I would want something to be fixed right the first time

The new Lincoln dealership is beautiful. Eric was great as a salesman, he answered my questions, he was very patient and was able to help during my busy travel schedule. He never gave up trying to find the car I was looking for with the MKX. He allowed me to use various cars and even take the one I eventually purchased. I believe the dealership is still very new so things took a little while at times but overall I was satisfied.
