2016 ford escape, the service was super and everyone that assisted me while I was there were very helpful in the buying of my SUV.My salesman Derek White was top notch.

Large inventory and exceptional service!

I had a great experience while purchasing my new F150. The sales consultant I worked with was excellent. I never felt pressured into anything and he was very understanding when I had a tough time deciding on a specific truck to purchase. He had no issue contacting other dealers to try and locate me a truck with specific options. Ultimately I chose a new 2015 F150 that was on the lot and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I worked with throughout the process was friendly and helpful. I plan to continue going to Sarat Ford for service and hopefully my next vehicle purchase. Sarat is not the closest dealer to my house, but it is worth the extra drive to receive exceptional service. If you are shopping for a vehicle ask for Steve R. in sales.

We purchased a 2013 Ford E-350 cutaway. The salesman was friendly and helpful. The finance gentleman was also very friendly and helpful, even with all the new construction to the building at the time.

Terrible after sales support

I regret purchasing my 2011 CPO explorer. Promises made at the time of sale were never kept including the repair of cabin components. The sticker on the windshield was hiding a chip in the glass which required replacement. Sarats service center keeps poor records of prior service work performed. They charge a $100 deductible for warranty service, because of their poor record keeping they charge you for the same service even if not correct the previous visit. We are trading this vehicle in less than 2 years after purchase mostly because of our frustration with Sarat ford, we will never purchase from them again.

Great sales team

I am always apprehensive about going to a car dealership; but, my trip to Sarat was a pleasure. No high pressure, offered me top dollar for my trade and the quality/value of the Ford Escape sold itself. Salespeople were very knowledgeable and pointed out many things that I never even thought about. Don't hesitate to go there.
