I came in for a standard oil change today. I was quoted $79.95 for an 8 quart oil change. As advertised, it comes with multipoint inspection and tire rotation. I agreed to the terms and waited for my car to be finished. Once complete, the service advisor said he gave me the 8 quart oil change for $69.95. I was unaware I had to forfeit the tire rotation to get this discount. I was needing the tire rotation. Next, I was told the throttle body needed service. I had the service advisor ask the mechanic if he visually inspected the throttle body. This is not normally looked at according to the 27 point inspection. The service advisor told me the mechanic said, “Throttle Plates were pretty gummed up with black residue” and it needed immediate attention. Then he proceeded to let me know about the Throttle body special for $89.00. Thank God I declined your service advisors up-sell and went on my way. When I got home I decided to perform an inspection of the throttle body. I opened up my air filter box and pulled out my filter. The filter was not inspected because it was full of dirt and debris. If someone would have inspected it, they would written it up or at the minimum removed the debris.. with the filter removed, I used my borescope and visually inspected the throttle body. Clean as a whistle. Complete lie to make a buck. Look, I understand dealerships up-sell services. Do it as a recommendation. Do not come across as this service is detrimental and if not performed jeopardizes the reliability of my vehicle.

Salesman mike Camerota was very knowledgeable and process was stress free. Mike allowed me freedom to drive the car and extended a lot of courtesy.

Was treated great and taken care of. Had a recall done on my vehicle and was given a brand new vehicle for a loaner. The next day my vehicle was ready. No complaints.
