The sales service has improved! This is my second time buying at Imperial. The first Jeep Wrangler I bought lasted me a long time and I was given a fair price for her as a trade in. The first time buying a brand new vehicle with Imperial I had an issue on financing that was not taken care of and I contacted the owner personally and he took care of everything without question. Ten years later I popped by after work to view to check out what there was in stock. I ended up buying that same day! Shadi was my Sales Associate and he walked me through every step from the moment I walked in the door, including running around and transferring everything over to my new vehicle. He added special touches and I would definitely purchase from him again. I worked with the Business Manager, Jeffrey Viger this time around. He did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need and he really made the transition smooth and easy for me. I hope that my work with the service department will maintain the standard of quality and kind customer service that the sales team has set.
