I bought a twenty twenty five equinox. Mind you It was under bump into bumper warranty. And they want to charge me a diagnostic fee. I told them they could stick it. I won't shop there ever again. And I'm sorry, I bought my car there. Their response on google was, let's talk about it.I've already talked the two of their technicians.The talk time is over.Apparently, customer satisfaction is not one of their qualities.Only the sale of a vehicle and i'm sorry to say I recommended them to a friend.I won't make that same mistake again

Review for LeValley Chevrolet-Buick-GMC – Benton Harbor, MI I’ve given this dealership several weeks to address my concerns, and I’ve heard nothing back except for one follow-up call from Sales Manager Kyle — the main person my complaint was about. In that call, he doubled down on defending his incorrect understanding of how to measure tire tread, offered no willingness to correct himself, and was extremely rude and dismissive. He claimed he was “a mechanic in the army” as if that somehow overruled the standards set by the U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association and every certified automotive guide. Military service does not automatically make someone a certified mechanic — and his statements directly conflict with industry standards. When I purchased my used vehicle here, I made it very clear before signing that I had concerns about both the brakes and the tires. Kyle personally guaranteed me that both were in good condition and “within spec.” The agreed-upon price was based on that assurance, with the understanding there were no mechanical issues and that the vehicle had been properly inspected. The reality: The brake booster was failing. This was covered up by installing cheap metallic pads to artificially increase stopping power, masking the real safety problem. The tires, which Kyle insisted were fine, had edge tread worn down to the wear bars — a safety hazard, especially at highway speeds. I also experienced vibration from the same tire I pointed out during the sale. Kyle gave incorrect and misleading information about how to measure tire tread depth, claiming you measure from the highest point of the tread rather than the lowest/deepest channel. That’s not how the DOT or any tire manufacturer measures tread. The dealership provided an alignment sheet showing everything “in the green,” but a second alignment inspection done elsewhere showed multiple wheels out of spec. This raises serious questions about whether the alignment was ever actually performed or if a preprinted “all green” report was simply handed to me. This is not “buyer’s remorse.” This is about a deal that was broken. I bought the car based on written and verbal assurances that specific safety-related items — brakes and tires — were inspected and in good order. That was false, and I have documentation and photos to prove it. The safety concerns here are real. A bad brake booster means longer stopping distances and potential brake failure. Tires with edge tread worn down are prone to blowouts and poor traction, especially in wet conditions. If a dealer is willing to misrepresent these basics, what else are they cutting corners on? Dealers should be held to the highest standard for honesty and safety. My experience shows this dealership fell well short.

Broken wires on engine wire loom. This should have been GM`s problem but i had to pay $500.00 for the repair just like the transmission problem cost Me $700.00 and truck was still under warrenty.

No issue everything?s quiet no loud noises and the new tires even give it a smoother ride and also it was awesome work on the tire rotation it was a quick process but done correctly and a deal on the tires so highly recommend
