I was asked to make an appointment to try a used Buick.
I was asked to make an appointment to try a used Buick. I was there at said time, rep says it blew the turbo yesterday. So I asked why wasn't I given the courtesy of a phone call. He had no answer and let to help someone else.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade from our 2008 Yukon XL and found a 2016 Ram at Tapper. Reached out and received a call back from Tony Serignese within a half hour. Test drove the truck Tuesday afternoon and picked it up 3 days later on Friday afternoon. Smoothest car buy I've ever had. Tony was great to work with
