Another awesome experience at Westborn Chrysler
It's a pleasure to have to go in for an oil change - David Smith is the best service manager around- anticipates my car needs and take care of them for me, plus a car wash too! I wait in the sales department and I am treated like a queen - I hate to leave.

Oil change and tire rotation
Got my oil changed and tires rotated. my car was completed in about 40 minutes! The waiting room was clean and bright. Recommend going here for service!

Body shop repair nightmare. Never Again!!!!!
Had my vehicle towed to Westborn body shop. My wife had spoken to a Mr.Ryan on the phone,who she believed was a supervisor. She told him that the vehicle had been In a auto accident, and that she will have the vehicle towed to their dealership for repair. Mr. Ryan told my wife that it will be no problem to repair your vehicle. Now this was the 27th of March. Fast forward to April 14th. Vehicle still not repaired. I had called Mr. Ryan earlier in the week and left a message for me that stated he would have our vehicle completed by 4/12/17, April 14th at the latest,( I saved his message). Well it's the 14th. No vehicle. Numous phone calls to his answering machine. No return phone call. I called Chrysler Corp to file a formal complaint. Left a message for the General manager to call. No call back. Either he was off that day or he went home early, because it's the weekend? Very, Very poor first impression of this dealership. This type of poor customer service should not be representative of the Chrysler Corporation brand. Hoping I receive our vehicle in excellent repair by April 17. If not. To be continued.....

Worst service experience!!!
This has to be the worst dealership service I have ever had. I've been trying to get my car fixed through them for 2 months. The guys at the service desk either need help or need to learn how customer service works. When I have talked with them, I either get the wrong info or a bunch of promises that fall through. Here's a tip, a simple phone call with the correct info goes a long way. After going back and forth with them the resolution to my problem was for me to take my car to another dealership because they could not do the work and the people they would have taken my car to could not do the work. But I had to wait weeks to find this out and I had to call them. They don't have to worry about me buying a car from them, if they run the sales department the same way they run the service dept, you should run away.

We worked with Mike Poupore to buy a used truck. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Although we had a small issue after purchase, they were willing to fix it. Would definitely buy from Mike and Westborn again.

Best Chrysler dealer in the world.
Perfect customer service. Will put you in a great car regardless of any issues you may have. Everyone cares. I have bought over 30 cars, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche. Those guys don't even begin to compare to these guys. Really.
