Buying a car

From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcomed and valued. Patrick was respectful of our time and got straight into answering the questions that we had and showed us the cars that match what we were looking for. Excellent sales experience

Sam worked with us on a number scenarios regarding the disposition of the current leased Escape. He also went on-line and found the Escape we were looking for. Briarwood's representatives presented us the varous options and coverages, but were not aggressive in their sales pitches (appreciate that).

Service for my 2002 Explorer

I appreciated the shuttle rides to and from work quite a lot. Also liked that the service rep kept in touch with me about estimates, ordering parts, and gave me a realistic timeline for how long it would take to complete repairs. The Ford Service credit card made a large service bill more manageable. Staff is routinely friendly and helpful and the dealership has that "small town" feeling of helping people individually.

Briarwood Ford resolved the issues I posted about and reimbursed the cost of the studs and nuts. The work on the manifold was excellent and was provided at the cost they initially estimated. Thank you Briarwood Ford for making everything right.
