Absolute worst experience ever. My wife purchased a 17 g m c Sierra and was taking it back for oil changes. Until the last time the technician didn't put any oil back in it after he drained it. And with such a newer expensive truck. Anyone with any mechanical knowledge would know that there are bearings everywhere throughout the engine that had to suffer damage from the heat running over 75 miles with no oil in it. We try to give them to put a new motor in it what day would not do it we ended up settling for a used motor they got out of a wrecked truck from the junkyard with 30,000 miles on it. That was the best they would do we went round and round with them and they would not put a new motor in it. Completely disgusted. I highly recommend that no one ever buys a vehicle from this dealership I will keep posting this review on every site that I can

Highly recommend Mike Pflugradt if you’re looking for an easy and enjoyable sales experience. He worked hard to get me financed in a payment range I was comfortable with and really went the extra mile for me. I would come back with out hesitation for my next vehicle purchase.
