I encourage anyone who is looking for a car to put Rydell in Waterloo at the top of your list. Dawn is the most patient, kind, helpful car dealer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She walked me through the buying process with ease and grace. If there were more then five stars to rate Rydell, I would. Please consider this dealership. It is truly one of a kind.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Nightmare service visit, the service rep what the receptionist had told me on fob and key i had tobe programmed and cut. 3 hours later after being ignored the whole time i checked with service, was told car is out back, key man was in and left and nobody said a word to me the whole time!!! Never again!!!!

My husband and I were in for an oil change and were

My husband and I were in for an oil change and were walking around the showroom and Dawn came up and started talking to us about the Traverse. We told her that we had been looking for some time and she told us about a new Traverse that she had available with the color we were looking for. Dawn is one of the best sales person that we have dealt with for looking for a car. She answered all of our questions and went beyond in helping us to purchase our new vehicle. I would recommend Dawn as an excellent sales person when looking for a car.

Does not stand behind their service work-beware!

Does not stand behind their service work-beware! Bought a used traverse with a newly installed timing chain. Six thousand miles and 6 months later the timing chain is broken. Called and talked to manager and we’re told they wouldn’t do anything! So disappointed and will never buy there again!
