We recently purchased a Buick Envision from Ed Rinke.

We recently purchased a Buick Envision from Ed Rinke. Our sales person was Jeff Sredzinski. We were referred to Jeff from several family members. Jeff was able to find us the make and color of Envision that we wanted. He patiently worked with us through the process of delivery of the vehicle . There was a problem with the paint but it was resolved to our satisfaction with the help of Jeff, his manager Paul Makowski, and the body shop. Jeff did a fine job explaining all the functions of the car and follow up issues. We are very happy with our Envision and our experience with Rinke Chevrolet Buick. Thank you Jeff and all involved in this purchase!

It took 3 days to get a loaner and took 5 days to look at

It took 3 days to get a loaner and took 5 days to look at the car before we were told was wrong and that they believe they fixed it we had less than 9000 miles on it we also had it in for the transmission to be rebuilt with less than 3000 miles not very happy
