For years we have been taking our Subarus to Riley's for service, even though there is another dealer almost an hour closer to our house. Last October we bought a new Outback from Riley's, and that was a great experience as well. We have had no issues with the car and recently took it in for the initial 6000 mile service. Our appt was on time, everyone was friendly, professional, and they kept us informed periodically on what they were doing. The waiting area is great, with free soda and snacks. We enjoyed looking at two restored 1970 Subaru 360 vehicles ( a very small car and truck) that they keep on display in the showroom. We also petted the resident dog ( a black lab ) who roams the showroom occasionally, and we sat in the latest (2026) Outback on the showroom floor. Rileys is a nice, friendly, honest, no pressure dealership, and over the years we have found that they don't try to sell you service work that isn't really needed, or high pressure you during the purchase process.

Went to Riley Subaru today to purchase a new Outback. I was there for an hour and a half and not one salesperson or manager bothered to approach me. I believe it was the sales manager sat in his office lounging in his chair playing on his desktop but never came out to ask if I needed help. Like I said I was there to buy a new vehicle. Now I'm going to Madison to purchase the new Outback. Terrible service Riley Subaru!

The Riley's Subaru dealership is top notch. They work with their customers to meet all of their needs. Rick Herrig, in the Sales Department, has been a pure joy to work with. The service department is very thorough and willing to give you tips and suggestions to get the best experience out of your specific Subaru. Well done!

The service at Riley Subaru is always excellent. In addition to being efficient and careful with service, every single person in the dealership is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is friendly and stocked with coffee and snacks. The service rep checks in while we are waiting to let us know about the progress. The great bonus is the frequent presence of 2 beautiful dogs. Taking one of our Subarus to the dealership for any service always pleasant.

Riley's is fantastic from purchasing a vehicle to having service work done. Sale's department Dan Thumser is excellent no pressure, upfront and friendly. The parts and service department is just as great, from photos to videos; of the service getting done and keeping you up to date!
