Max and Cathy were great people to work with no pressure just helped me get what I wanted. I would recommend if u want a good car and no pressure from sales this is the place. Both were awesome. And reasonable.

I don’t know where to start! I was in the market for a new KIA Telluride. This would be my third KIA, with the first two Sorentos purchased in the state of Washington. I worked with a great salesperson in Washington, so I had the bar set pretty high when I walked into Finnin KIA. I was introduced to Keri Clemens, and I knew within moments that she was going to exceed the expectations I walked in with. Keri was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable and she made me feel like a valued customer right from the start. I knew that I have found my newest “great salesperson.” Keri made the entire purchase so amazingly simple. We talked through the cost, and she patiently answered every one of my questions. When I told Keri I wanted to sleep on the decision, she totally understood. I did not feel pressured at any point during this entire process. I test drove the Telluride on a Thursday night and my plan was to return on Friday after work. As usually happens, my schedule didn’t work out to get back to Finnin on Friday night. Keri was not scheduled to work on Saturday, but she met me at the dealership Saturday morning to help me finish the transaction and show me all the bells and whistles on my beautiful new ride! She gave up at least two hours of her day off to finish my purchase. I’ve told Keri, that she cannot retire until I am certain I won’t be purchasing another KIA! I will be a Keri Clemens/Finnin KIA customer until I am no longer able to drive! Thanks Keri! You’re amazing!

I have purchased multiple vehicles using David Scott as my salesman. His knowledge patience and persistence to make sure I understand all aspects of my purchase experience is commendable and greatly appreciated. No pressure sales. David is great not only with his customers I have observed his interactions with fellow employees and he's polite helpful with them as much as he is with customers. Stop by Finnin KIA Dubuque and she for David! Tell him Hollie sent you!
