When I picked up my new Escape, I felt confident of the many great properties of my vehicle. I am not "tech" savvy and Scott was so helpful acquainting with the new functions of this Ford Escape. Best dealership ever! Employees are focused on you and your complete happiness and satisfaction! I never felt pressured, or like I was part of a game. They asked me what I wanted and what price range I wanted it in. I didn't have to do any running around it was all done for me. All I had to do was sign papers, hand over keys and title and drive home my brand new vehicle. This is how it should be and because of this I won't go anywhere else.
