I HAD MY 2009 LINCOLN SERVICED AT EMERLING FORD. JON IN SERVICE IS MY ADVISOR. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS REPAIRED AND EVEN WASHED IT AFTER THEY SERVICED IT. I WILL BE BACK TO EMERLING FOR EVERYTHING I NEED EVEN THOUGH IS IT 30 MILES AWAY. THEY ARE GREAT.

Deana Dewald is the most helpful service advisor I have ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable and reliable. She finds answers fast and I have never had to wait for an appointment. She's really professional and always has a smile on her face. I trust her remendations and don't want to delwith anyone else.

Deer ran into my Equinox and did a lot of damage. Craig Hartman handled my insurance claim and the repair was top quality. It looked like new and was done on time.

That is all I have to do is drop my vehicle off in the morning and they kindly return it to me as soon as it is done. What a time saver!!!
