My parents live out that way. I am from Syracuse, NY. My parents purchased the vehicle I wanted as a Graduation gift. I went into speak with Delaney Peters about the Chevy Aveo. I wanted a 5 speed manual vehicle with four doors. My father wanted to buy me a brand new car. I fell in love with the Aveo. It is a used vehicle but I love it. Mr. Peters was awesome. When I am financially able to purchase another vehicle or a new vehicle. I will be traveling back to see Mr. Peters. Emerling Ford threw in my new tags(plates) for free! Great deal! I will be back. I have had my vehicles serviced at Emerlings for several years and always been very pleased. Yesterday I had an inspection done, and my oil and filter changed. Deanna Dewald took real good care of me. She even made sure my vehicle was washed before I left. The Service people are so accommodating, and friendly. I wouldn't go any where else. Coming out of a Toyota lease i had to find a vehicle that was reliable and priced right. Evan was a huge help to me during this process. Evan worked with me for about a month until he was able to find me just the right vehicle. He was very patient and understanding of my needs. His pleasant personality was a plus. I recently purchased a Ford F-150 at Emerling Ford. I was extremely happy with the service I was given. Evan Emerling was our sales person and he was right to the point and didn't try to haggle us. Everyone was patient with us as we tried to decide on exactly what we wanted. We never felt any pressure to buy or settle with a car. The dealership will also send you emails or postcards when its time for your next tune up or oil change. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a friendly buying experience. The free popcorn is great too!
