We have purchased our last 5 cars & trucks from Emerling Ford, 3 were brand new & 2 used. We have also used both the repair shop and Body shop. It is nice to walk into a shop where the people remember your name and your cars. The repair shop has been very helpful, either providing a car to drive or a ride. My last 2 cars have been a challange, I had a Freestar, 2 years after they came out, and it had some computer glitches from being a new model, they worked hard to find out what was wrong & were able to fix it correctly. I currently drive a new Explorer, we have had problems with the Sync system, again they have worked very hard to find out the issues and fix them. When it is time to purchase our next car or truck, Rick at Emerlings will be our first and only stop!
