Hines Park Ford

This was my first experience with Hines Park Ford Service Department. Service was adequately prompt and efficient. I've had bad experiences in the past with dealership service, so I'll reserve my opinion until I've had further interaction.

All I have to say is that if you are looking for a car salesperson that actually cares about you and your own personal situation - look no further. My parents had been going to see Allen Oxley for a number of years before they convinced me to switch over to Hines Park Ford (even though it's a bit of a drive). I honestly could not be happier with the two cars I've purchased/leased from him. I've had a few lousy experiences with sales people at other Ford dealerships in the area that clearly could care less about my needs and wants and were really only interested in their own personal gains. That is NOT the case with Allen. He's a true professional and a good person to boot!

Alison did a wonderful job providing me with quotes and competitor comparisons. I really approached that the team submitted the rebate forms for me. There were two of them and they had this all in the system and submitted right before I had my Escape back. This was really helpful and considerate. I had ordered tires before and they just handed me the forms to fill out and submit; which can be a hassle if you've never done that before.

Good customer service. I had car repairs done in a short period of time. Oil changes done pretty fast.

The service is great at Hines Park Ford and I love the convenience. The dealership is only a few miles from where I live.

Service was completed in reasonable time, car washed and ready to go.

I would recommend this dealer to a friend in my area.
